How,I told you last weekend that I will go to Shaun,I did it..:)and was a great experiance,beside this thank’s a lot for Shaun Davis,for his kindness that he gave me that respectable oportunity that I could be together with his family and he let me enter in his preparation secrets and in his workout style,what we did together:)yessss

Well,let’s to start the tale:)Friday afternoon I arriwed,Shaun picked me up at the airport,and we went first at his new suplement store ,where he had many good products:-)I wish I would live in a suplement store:)There was also an old style real”pumping iron” gym,where unfortunatelly this time we didn’t do our workout,but I would,so next time I hope I will have this experiance too:) Then we went home to his really pretty house ,he made me a tasty bodybuilder meal,chicken,rice and salad,then we were speaking about many things,mostly about bodybuilding perhaps:)and we watched the tv also,together with his little beauty princess daughter and with his pretty girlfriend..in the morning he served me a real english breakfast:)bacon,bean,toast,egg and tomato then a little rest,taking coffe,and watching the video of the Mr Universe when he won,he was really huge and he had an excelent body,with enormous shoulders,so beside this what I wanted to have with Shaun,that is a shoulders workout:)We went to the gym and he gave me a really little pretty:)intensive shoulder workout,he showed me and told me everything what need to know about the things.. Really I could learn some new things,so many thanks for him for his invitation…

Well, before I’m gona speak about the last weekend,when I was invited to Shaun in England let me introduce you “when and how”I was met with Shaun Davis…You know,this year when I was invited to the Fibo in Germany,I had a good luck,because my good friends the blondie bombshell fitness superstar Krisztina Sereny and her husband Gabe David the professional playboy photographer were there in the booth of videos,so they introduced me to Shaun..

From today you can follow here my progression:)

Hí everybody-I’m very happy and proud because the ex-professional bodybuilder and world champion SHAUN DAVIS

invited me for the weekend to have a workout together and to learn the “secrets”:)from him,so tomorow I will fly to the East Midland Airport,He will recieve me at the airport and this time I will spend one day there…I’m very curious and excited just because when we were young with my workout mate,we were watching Shaun in the magazines with admire and respect…so who would think in the past that one day I will be invited by him in his house?!:)
